School holidays are the perfect time for adventure and this month; our underserved juniors came together to learn to become tech-savvy champions! Our Digital Hero School Holiday Workshop was designed to equip the younger generation with the tools they need to navigate the digital world confidently and safely.

The digital space expands every day, making it more critical than ever to ensure our children aren’t just consumers of technology, but smart, responsible users.

The workshop balanced essential technical skills with real-world digital safety lessons through an engaging, kid-friendly curriculum:

  • Computer Literacy: The juniors learned the fundamental building blocks of computers, helping them build a strong foundation for future learning.
  • Online Safety Lessons & Tips: We broke down complex cybersecurity rules into easy-to-understand tips, teaching them what to click, what to avoid, and how to spot digital red flags.
  • Stranger Danger in the Digital Age: The internet is a massive public square. We taught our juniors how to identify “online strangers,” protect their personal data, and know exactly when to alert a parent or guardian.

Our juniors walked away from the workshop not just with new computer skills, but with a “Digital Hero” mindset. They left empowered, aware, and ready to explore the online world without falling prey to its hidden dangers.

A huge thank you to UOB and all the brilliant young minds who joined us this June. You proved that you are never too young to be a hero online!
