Bahrain APG School Students Home Visit to Sentul Community

Total 30 low-income families received the gift of love from 5,976 km away – Bahrain! Yes, a total of 39 IB students and 3 teachers from Bahrain APG School, made their trip here, reaching out to our Sentul Community through Home Visit and Food Distribution Program.

It’s been a yearly outreach program through their CAS (Creativity, Action, Service) Initiatives from Bahrain APG School since 2014. These students aged between 15 to 16 years old, and they were so excited to be involved in this outreach experience!

The students shared some heartwarming conversations with the families through the Home Visit program. It was an engaging moment for these students to get to know about the lifestyles and the problems each of this family is facing.

After the Home Visit session, the students assembled at our centre for a debriefing where each representative from the group got to share about their personal experience in this volunteerism work.

Thank you so much to all the students and teachers from Bahrain APG School, we look forward to seeing another batch of IB students here next year!
