The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey, held its highly anticipated annual Mid Valley Southkey Charity Run (MVSCR) 2026 on 12 September 2026. The 5KM run brought together fitness enthusiasts and the community for a morning of fun, fitness, and camaraderie.
Staying true to its tradition of quirky and exciting themes, this year’s theme was “Crazy Accessories!” Participants were encouraged to unleash their creativity with fun and unconventional accessories, from oversized glasses and quirky headbands to mismatched socks. Adding to the excitement was a Best Dressed Contest, where participants showcased their creativity for a chance to win amazing prizes.
HOPE worldwide Malaysia is honored to have been selected as the beneficiary of part the event’s proceeds. The funds received will support our healthcare, food distribution, and education programs, helping us continue to care for underserved communities and create brighter futures for those in need.
We are also grateful for the presence and support of IGB REIT CEO, Ms. Chai Lai Sim; Deputy CEO of Retail, Ms. Rennie Lee; and Chief Brand Officer, Ms. Gabrielle Tan. The occasion was marked by a cheque presentation to our Country Director, Mr. Darick Wong, in recognition of the event’s contribution to our mission.
