Free admission for a maximum of 2 children 12 years and below under 1 adult registration aged 18 years. Registration of 2 children details are needed with the online portal for insurance purposes. (Children below 12 years are NOT entitled to any goodie bags, other sponsored items and lucky draws).

Water Stations

• Water stations without cups will be made available on route. All participants are encouraged to bring their water tumblers.

Lucky Draw

• There will be a lucky draw conducted during the event day.

Adult Responsibility

1. Adult registration for the 3KM Masquerade Walk is allowed to bring a maximum of 2 children 12 years and below for free.
2. The adult must take full responsibility for their well-being pre-, during and after the run.
3. Registration of the children's details is required for insurance purposes only.
4. Children 12 years and below are not entitled to goodie bags, other sponsored items and lucky draws.

13 - 17 Years Responsibility

• Individuals aged between 13 to 17 years take full responsibility that he/she registering and participating in the event with their parents’ consent.

Baggage

• There will be NO baggage handling services during the event day.

Tax Exemption Receipt

• Tax exemption receipt is available for all donations contributed to Persatuan Kebajikan HOPE worldwide Malaysia.

Waiver

1. The organizer reserves the right to use any photograph (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event taken before, during and after the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.
2. The organizer reserves the right to amend the run & walk route as they deem fit for the safety of the participant and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, at any time without prior notice to the participant. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the participant before the date of the event. The organizer shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.
3. The organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the race in the event of heavy rain, thunderstorms or extreme weather conditions. Should the heavy rain, thunderstorm or extreme weather conditions persist after the delay, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without any refund. In the event of heavy rain or thunderstorm or catastrophic or natural disaster resulting in a postponement or cancellation of the above event, the organisers shall not be held responsible for any claims including refund whatsoever in any form made by any individual or parties concerned.
4. Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizer to ensure the participant's safety, participants run at their own risk and the organizer will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for or during participation in the race. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and or consult their medical practitioner before registration and before the actual race day.
5. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant deemed physically incapable of continuing with the race to prevent him/her from causing greater harm or injury to him/her.
6. The decision of the organizer is final when accepting entries. The organizer reserves the right to limit or refuse an entry without having to disclose a reason.
